9.14 I am experiencing issues with the IRS dashboard. What should I do?

  • The IDES password changes every 90 days. Please check if this has been updated in both https://www.ides-support.com/ and the CRS/FATCA One application.
  • Check if your private key is still valid and that you have the IRS’ latest public certificate on the CRS/FATCA One application.
  • Validate the connection of the dedicated email to make sure CRS/FATCA One can read the email alerts from the IRS.
