For CRS and/or FATCA, all data must be kept for six years.
For our cloud solution, it is TWC's policy to delete any or all customer data from our servers and backups within 14 days of a written request.
When any record in the MongoDB database is deleted, there is no way to recover it. The deletion is absolute, there is no reversion.
