Click on Reports and then got the Document Report tab.
Under Document Report all uploaded documents into the case management system from the Remediation Screen can be searched for.
The search can be filtered by the Description given to the document, the Document Type, the Account Holder Name, or the Account Holder Unique ID. Or do not select anything to obtain all uploaded documents.
