The local Tax Authority might send you the results of the original submission from the IRS/IDES system. These results come in XML (payload) format.
This payload XML must be uploaded into the same original batch, from which the XML had been submitted.
Once uploaded go to Reporting and then to the Dashboard.
The Message dot will be green and now you can click on the PDF, to obtain the IRS results into a text format.
