The validation button will verify the format of all information included in the XML, to ensure that there are no errors found, like a wrong country code, wrong birth date format etc.
The message “Results are Ready “(in green) will be shown at the top if no errors are found. If this message comes back in red or yellow, it means that errors were found. Please click on the red button and read the message. The record(s) with the error will have the “send” box unchecked. If the error is not corrected, CRS/FATCA One will NOT include this erroneous record in the final XML.
