When creating a new XML, you must select the Transmission Status of the records “New: Ready to Report”.
If necessary, records with yellow flags can be reported by checking the option “Include records with Yellow flags”.
Once ready, the “Stage New Data” button must be clicked. When staging, all reportable data is pulled from various parts of the system and moved to the staging area for final revision in either XML and/or PDF.
Note: Staged data cannot be edited. You must unstage the data, then you can edit the data under Remediation and once finished you must stage the data again under Filing!
