- Multiple Spreadsheet: These sheets are used by FI’s that will need to clear their data and therefore will use the remediation module of CRS/FATCA One thoroughly.
- You will need the following sheets: Accounts, Individuals, Entities and (optionally) Hierarchy, which must be loaded into separate files. These multiple sheets have all indicia fields.
- Single Spreadsheet: This sheet is used by customers that will file on behalf of many other Financial Institutions or for those FI’s that have already (pre)remediated their accounts and identified the records that need to be reported. Please note that Single sheet does not have all indicia fields.
- Trust/Fund Spreadsheet: This sheet is used by customers that will file on behalf of many other Financial Institutions (Trusts and/or Funds) and need different Filer data.
- Filer-Sponsor-Intermediary Sheets: These are two sheets that allow the client to change the Filer Identification (from the one that has been set up in the system) in a quick and simple way. These two sheets may be used in conjunction with the Multiple Spreadsheets or Single Spreadsheet.
